VIP Ticket packages include fast pass entry into the conference hall, premium front section seating, expedited registration and VIP entry into the after party.

Recordings of the event will not be available to the public or ticket holders.  This is per strict contracts with our speakers and can not be changed.

No, you will select a seating section when you purchase your ticket and you can sit with anyone else who has the same ticket type. A full seating chart can be found on the registration page of the website.

Sky Suites are for groups of 8 or more in the balcony on the venue. These are tables that your group can gather around and have a private area to collaborate and work. These packages come with VIP Tickets.

Yes, you may sell or transfer your ticket. Please contact support@skysprout.com with the name of the new ticket holder upon transfer and have the new ticket holder bring a photo ID.

No, we do not offer refunds for any reason but you may sell or transfer your ticket.

SkySprout Summit encourages business casual attire.  We recommend bringing layers as the venue temperature may vary.
